1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all reservations and stays at La Bastide du Limon, located in Mormoiron, France.
By confirming a reservation, the guest accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and online payment, and where applicable, payment of the required deposit.
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and must occupy the property during the stay.
The maximum number of guests indicated in the reservation may not be exceeded without prior written approval.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
A deposit or prepayment may be required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Any tourist tax (“taxe de séjour”) imposed by the local municipality may be charged separately in accordance with French regulations.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival may result in partial or full retention of the booking amount.
In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay remains due.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 15h
Check-out: before 11h
Guests must inform the property of their estimated arrival time in advance.
Late arrivals may incur additional charges if not agreed beforehand.
6. House Rules
Guests agree:
to respect the accommodation, furnishings, and neighbors,
to avoid excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM in accordance with French nuisance regulations,
not to organize parties, commercial activities, or events without prior authorization,
not to smoke inside the property unless explicitly permitted.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
7. Swimming Pool and Outdoor Areas
Guests use the pool entirely at their own risk.
Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Guests must comply with all posted safety instructions.
The owner declines responsibility for accidents resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.
8. Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior approval and an extra charge of €30 per pet per stay is required.
Guests remain fully responsible for any damage or disturbances caused by their pets.
9. Cleaning Fee
A mandatory cleaning fee of €75 per apartment per stay is applied to all bookings.
This fee covers standard cleaning of the accommodation after departure.
Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition, including washing dishes and disposing of rubbish before check-out.
Additional cleaning costs may be charged if the property is left in an excessively dirty or damaged condition.
10. Liability
The owner shall not be held responsible for:
theft, loss, or damage to guests’ personal belongings,
interruptions caused by utility failures, internet outages, weather conditions, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance.
11. Insurance
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are adequately insured for:
cancellation,
personal liability,
accidental damage caused during their stay.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, strikes, or severe weather events.
13. Personal Data (GDPR)
Personal data collected during the booking process is processed solely for reservation management and legal obligations in accordance with:
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
applicable French and European privacy laws.
Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data where legally permitted.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute arising from the reservation or stay shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
